Watch out for signs!

Vogue expression burnout

Many of us know the expression “burnout” and think we’re safe from it. Burnout is often dismissed as a vogue condition and those who suffer from it are often dressed down as being mentally unstable. However, psychotherapists advise us to take this form of emotional exhaustion seriously and to watch out for the signs: Tiredness during the day, concentration problems, loss of enjoyment of work, problems getting to sleep and sleeping through the night are among the most common warning signs. These symptoms often occur singly, and are dismissed as being “due to stress” and ignored. But that is precisely what psychologists and psychotherapists warn about.

“People with burnout are like mountain hikers who have lost their way and can’t get back. They need professional help because they are much too close to their own muddled situation”, one psychotherapist says. It is usually easier for professional outsiders to analyse the overall situation and to propose solutions. Often, just a few sessions are enough to make the situation clear to the afflicted, and to convey a certain distance. Then just two or three changes of behaviour are enough to identify and resolve seemingly unresolvable conflicts.

Micronutrient formula tested successfully

Within the scope of a clinical comparative study, a patented micronutrient formula has now been given to people suffering from burnout - under the supervision of psychotherapists and nutritional medicine experts. The subjects were able to decide for themselves in the study whether they only wanted the consultations or also wanted to take psychotropic drugs or the tested micronutrient formula. The results were unambiguous: After just a few months, those people who had taken the micronutrient formula were able to cope with their conflicts better and recovered their joie de vivre. The formula called ReLoad24 is considered to be the first sustainable nutritional medicine formula for supportive treatment of emotional exhaustion. ReLoad24 is a 2-component formula and is meanwhile available over the counter at Austrian pharmacies.
